4. Cancellation and Non-Refund Policy

In case of cancellation of the booking by the guest, the following conditions will apply:
- Cancellation made 14 days before the arrival date: The deposit paid will be fully refunded, without any deduction.
- Cancellation made within 24 hours prior to the arrival date: The deposit paid will not be refunded; in this case, it will be retained entirely by the structure as a penalty.
- No-show: The deposit paid will be retained entirely. In case of booking without a deposit, the guest will be charged the full amount of the first night.
Any request to change the dates of the stay must be communicated promptly and will be subject to availability. In case it is not possible to reschedule the stay, the cancellation conditions described above will apply.

5. Arrival, Check-in and Check-out
Check-in at Teodorico Room & Apartment is available from 15:00 to 23:59, unless different agreements were made during booking. For those wishing to arrive earlier, it is possible to access the structure for luggage storage. For arrivals outside the indicated hours, a convenient self check-in service will be made available, upon agreement with the structure.
Check-out is expected by 10:00 on the day of departure. Upon request and subject to availability, a late check-out may be granted with a supplement.
Upon arrival, a valid identity document must be presented for each guest, in compliance with current public safety regulations. In the absence of the required documentation, we regret that we cannot proceed with the stay.

6. House Rules and Guest Behavior
- Guests are required to maintain respectful behavior towards staff, other guests, and common areas.
- Access to persons not registered at the structure is not allowed, unless previously authorized.
- Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the structure; a dedicated outdoor area for smokers is available.
- Please respect quiet hours from 22:00 to 08:00 to ensure tranquility for all guests.
- Any damage caused voluntarily or involuntarily to the property will be charged to the responsible party.

Children of all ages are welcome. Upon request, cots or extra beds can be added, subject to availability and with a possible additional cost.

Teodorico Room & Apartment cannot be held responsible for the theft or loss of valuables left unattended in rooms or common areas. A private safe is available in every room for safekeeping valuables.
The Management ensures maximum attention to the cleanliness of the environments and the correct functioning of the services offered.
Common areas are equipped with video cameras used exclusively for security purposes and to facilitate any self check-in procedures.
In the presence of force majeure causes (natural events, technical failures, or circumstances not attributable to the structure) that prevent the enjoyment of the stay, the responsibility of Teodorico Room & Apartment will be limited to the reimbursement of any sums already paid.
